Reverse Crunches for 10

Sunday:
Military Press
Weighted Dips
DB Bench
Weighted Pullups
Skullcrushers
BB or DB Curl
Pushups til failure x 5 sets
Monday:
Squats
Zercher Squats
Leg Press
Walking DB Lunges
Box Jumps
Wednesday:
BB Bench
Low Cable Row
Weighted Chin-Ups
Chain Pushups
Curl Variation
Friday:
Power Cleans
Deadlifts
Weighted-Sled Drag to end of the gym and back. Forwards one way, backwards the other.
Prowler Pushes
Jump Variatons
Foam Rolling
